Custom embroidery is made to order and requires additional production time. Please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for embroidered items to be completed before they ship. If your order includes embroidered products, your shipment may be delayed while your custom embroidery is being finished.

Because each embroidered item is custom-made just for you, all personalized embroidery sales are final.
