Gold grommets on either side let the ribbon pass through the crown so it can be tied on those windy days. Tie it under the chin or behind your pony tail. This hat can be worn many ways and clients can even change the ribbon if they choose. (The ribbon can be tucked inside the crown if the tie option is not needed) A double row of raffia fringe makes this hat unique and fun.
